10 days until I'm done exams! Thinspo

So exams have been wreaking havoc on my plans to lose weight before taking a trip down south over Christmas. Luckily after exams are finished I'll have lots of free time and I can go home where there is a treadmill and weights in my house. Also for about 3 days before I go home all my roommates will have gone home for Christmas already ( because they finish exams before me) so they won't be there to notice if I skip meals.

I figure that should be enough time to get to a better lower weight. Because I am 137.5 right now. If I restrict moderately for the rest of exams ( I say moderately because I still need to be able to study and think, and my roommates do question when I haven't been eating) I should be able to get down to 135. Possibly 133. And then from there restrict and work out tons (which I wish I had more time for now) and drop to something below 130.

 18 days for me to get my ass in shape, and lose at least 7.5 pounds, or preferably 12.5.
I guess we will see how I do.

  1. Hey honey, nice to hear you're almost done with exams...so am I :P
    I just wanted to suggest you NOT to skip meals, but simply to eat low calories things, so that you don't fall into binges. Plus, if you eat (even little) people won't bother.
