Last night I binged a lot so I wasn't surprised to see my weight had increased from around 135 to 137.4.
I can't say I"m happy about it though.
I was up until about 6am last night working on a final paper and talking with my roommates so I slept until about 3pm today. So for my "breakfast" I had a bowl of cereal and milk.
Cereal= 300, Milk=150, Total=450
Normally I wouldn't have breakfast to cut down on calories but I've been having problems with binge eating lately so I"m trying to eat something to prevent myself from eating everything.
Hopefully I won't eat anything else today.
I just would love to have this body ...
But instead all I have is this...
But I like to think I've still improved from earlier this summer...
Unfortunately I ended up watching The Big Bang Theory and Modern Family with my housemate and eating a bunch of crackers with cheesewhiz, and I ate alot of it.
So twice the fail because I'm not only supposed to be watching what I eat, but also working on a paper.
wow, since last summer you got so much better! I'm sure you'll reach you ideal weight, it just takes a little patience, time and effort...don't give up!
